Wendy Fitzpatrick

Hello! My name is Wendy Fitzpatrick. I have lived on the Space Coast since 2002. I am a graduate from the University of North Florida. I have 3 children and 8 grandchildren. My husband and I relocated our family here after happening upon the area and falling in love with it. My husband is retired military and we have been stationed all over the country. I know what it is like to move to a new area and the hard work involved in finding the perfect home. You will find me dedicated to helping you find that perfect home I am always happy to accommodate with the moving process.

Prior to becoming a Realtor I was a social worker and worked directly with foster children and their families here in Brevard County. When I am not helping family, friends and clients finding their dream home you can usually find me with my family boating on the magnificent waterways our area has to offer or enjoying our beaches, parks, and restaurants.

I truly enjoy helping others in all aspects of the real estate process, either selling their current home or finding a new one. I look forward to helping you find YOUR piece of paradise!
